A Quarterly Business Review (QBR) supports agile organisations to stay stable and create dynamic practices. With the QBR you will reflect on the last quarter, prioritize topics, and be aligned across the unit.
These methods are linked to the strategic direction, to lead the unit and to prioritize the team backlog.
